Welcome to Bellissimo Nail Studio. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website (bellissimo.studio) and the booking of our services. By using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Bellissimo Nail Studio provides nail and beauty services including nail extensions, nail art, manicures, pedicures, and spa treatments at our Khar West, Mumbai location. Service descriptions, designs, and images shown on our website and social media are for illustration; actual results may vary based on individual nails and preferences.

Bookings & Appointments

  • Appointments can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling to respect other clients’ bookings.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time and technician, subject to availability.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the slot to another client.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without prior notice.
  • Final pricing depends on the service, design complexity, and any add-ons chosen during your appointment.
  • We accept major national and international cards and UPI. Payment is due at the time of service.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can be redeemed only at the specific Bellissimo Nail Studio location for which they were issued.

Satisfaction & Aftercare

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unhappy with a service, please let us know before you leave the salon so we can address it. We provide aftercare guidance to help your nails last; results may be affected by aftercare and daily activities. Complimentary fixes are offered within 7 days for issues arising from our work.

Health & Safety

Please inform your technician of any allergies, skin conditions, infections, or health concerns before your service. We reserve the right to decline a service where it may pose a health or safety risk.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media — including our logo, designs, text, and images — is the property of Bellissimo Nail Studio and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bellissimo Nail Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
